Component vs URI mode?
"Component" encodes all reserved characters (& ? /) — right for values. "URI" keeps structural characters — right for whole URLs.
Why %20 instead of +?
This tool outputs standard percent-encoding (%20). "+" is a legacy form-encoding convention; servers accept both.
